Shfletimi si vizitorë është i kufizuar

Si te dobesohemi .

Un kur vendos ta bej, marr nga Nature House produktet e mia fikse depurative(thjesht bim jane) dhe nderkoh bej kujdes te kualiteti i ushqimit dhe sasia.
Kjo sdo te thot qe nuk haj por evitoj me sa mundem yndyrnat e teperta, picat dhe te skuqmet...
Para 6 vitesh humba 10 kg brenda 2 muajve dhe nuk i mora me... pavarsisht se haja cik me shum. Pastaj e qava me shtatzanine...
Por tani kam 4 dit qe e kam rifilluar dhe kam ndermend te mbaj ket qendrim deri sa te humb 20 kg. Me pas me pret operimi ?

Po pres te kaloj tpakten 1 muj njehere dhe peshohem mir e mir . Tboj dhe ja 2 analiza se me I bo tani, e di qe jam skandal ?????
