Fillojeni që nga ecja....kërcimi....e më pas tek ushtrimi me peshat....
Po mbajte vetëm dietë,pa aktivitet do humbasësh masën muskulare e jo atë dhjamore.
Po edhe balancimi midis yndyrnave/proteinave/karohidrateve është i nevojshëm.
 
Jam shendoshur kto dit,ose jam shtatzan spo e marr vesh ma
Thjeshr kam nje neps tpapam…
Qe nese nuk ha ate qe mhahet ato momente,bahem shume agresive pz
