Bashkëshorti i kryeministrit homoseksual të Luksemburgut, Xavier Bettel ka pozuar përkrah bashkëshorteve dhe partnereve të liderëve botërorë gjatë konferencës së NATO.
Gauthier Destenay, një arkitekt belg, iu bashkua Zonjës së Parë të Amerikës Melania Trump në Bruksel teksa partnerët e tyre diskutonin çështjet botërore.

I quajtur “First Gentleman”, i cili u martua me kryeministrin në 2015, pozoi bashkë me gratë në një foto në Royal Castle of Laeken, përpara një darke të veçantë për partneret.

I veshur me një kostum të zi, dhe kravatë gri, Destenay qëndronte pranë bashkëshorteve të mrekullueshme të liderëve botëror.
