Luleblirit përbëhet nga lulesa të thata të shoqëruara me braktene të blirëve të cilët janë drunj deri në 30 m të lartë, të kodrave dhe maleve.

Lulet e blirit përdoren në sëmundje të shkaktuara nga të ftohtët dhe që shoqërohen me temperaturë (rrufë, kollë, gëlbazë etj.) sepse shkaktojnë djersitje; në sëmundjet e fshikëzës urinare dhe të veshkave; për të përmirësuar çrregullimet e stomakut dhe për të lehtësuar dhembjet; lehtësojnë gjumin.

Një lugë supe me lulebliri hidhet në 1 gotë me ujë të sapovaluar; ena mbulohet me kapak dhe lihet 5-10 minuta duke e tundur herë pas here, pastaj lëngu kullohet, dhe pihet i ngrohtë. Merren disa doza të tilla gjatë ditës.
