-1 Nutella (cokokrem)
- 125 gr miell.i tipit 00
- 50 gjalp (jo i ngrire)
- 250 ml qumesht
- 3 veze
- 1 lug sheqer
-sheqer pluhur

#1.Ne nje tas hedhim miellin,qumshin.vezet,sheqerin,gjalpin
#2.Duke i perzier fillojm ti rrahim pak shpejt,duke mos i lene qe te ngjiten,apo te krijojne kokrra
#3.Mbasi krijohet nje mase e gjitha,e fusim ne frigorifer,te pushoj per rreth 45/60min

Ngrohim nje tigan si ky ne foto deri sa te shofim qe po nxjerr pak tym

Lyejme pak me gjalp tiganin
Me nje garuzhde e mbushim gjysem dhe e hedhim persiper ne tigan si ne foton me lart
e kthejme krepin vetem 2 here,nga 1 min, nga te dyja anet
mbasi e heqim nga tigani i hedhim nutellen lart,dhe e palosim,sipas deshires,duke i hedhur sheqer pluhur lart
