Lidhja qe ka alkoli me gatesa te ndryshme eshte fakt . Por lidhja e alkolit me cokollaten eshte e vecante. Kombinimet jen te shumta por dhe te veshtira. Ne do te shikojme se me cilen pije mund ta kombinojme qe ta shijojme.
Cokollate qumeshti:
Shija e saj kontribuon ne dashurite me te medha bashkekohore. Zevendesuese e dhe bshkefajtore ne ndarjet e medha, Bridget Jones e adhuroi.... Duke ndjekur rregullin qe thote se cokollta nuk duhet te mbuloje veren, mund te kombinonim nje cokollate qumeshti mesatare te embel me nje Merlot, dhe nje te embel me nje Shiraz ose Vinsanto. Dikush mund te preferoje nje cokollate qumeshti me Laphoriag 10yo (dhe nje corona Montekristo). Natyrisht shume likere dhe ndonje konjak mund te kombinohet me kte lloj cokollate (Bailey's, Tia Maria).

Cokollata e zeze:

Ashpersia e cokollates se zeze predisponon per klas dhe misteriozitet. Indiferenca per sheqerin dhe veljen e te bardhes tradheton ne gjendje pothuajse snob dhe modeste , ku te pranueshme behen vetem shijet e plota. Cokollaten e zeze me 50% kakao mund ta " martojme" me nje Cabernet Sauvignon ose nje Pinot Noir. Cokollata te zeza me permbajtje te madhe kakao do te shkonin me nje Dalwhinnie 10y.o ose nje X.O Cognac.

me vjen mire qe te pershtatet, ne fakt cokollata dhe alkoli jane dy elemente qe mund te ndezin dhe perosnin me te ftohte , jane tamam simbole erotike...
