Perpiqem ti bej vetes psikoterapi pozitive.
Zakonisht ja dal gjithmone ta qetesoj veten nga mbingarkesa,apo kur ndihem teper e lodhur.
 
Per fillim mundohem ti marr gjerat ne qetsi..edhe ashtu jam icik impulsive dhe luftoi te shkojn cdo here gjera ne vi..por ndodh te deshtoi nga ngarkesa e madhe ,nervozohem pak e nxeri mllefin tuj bertit me ze pak te lart.. por nuk dorzohem deri ne finale pastaj qetsohem🫣

Shikoj gjithnje me large se ngarkesa e momentit.
Zakonisht mendoj qe koha shoshit cdo gje, kete ma ka vertetuar vete koha ne kaq hapa te jetes sime.
Dhe mbi te gjitha kur ngarkohemi ne stres apo emocionalisht,celsi eshte mos vepro dhe mbi te gjitha mos fol shume. :))
