Konsumimi i rregullt i verës së bardhë mund të sjellë deri te dëmtimi i dhëmbëve, njoftojnë shkencëtarët gjermanë pranë Universitetit Johannes Gutenberg në Mainz.

Këta hulumtues thonë se si shkaktar të lëndimit të dhëmbëve nuk është prejardhja, viti i prodhimit apo përqendrimi i alkoolit, porse faktori pH i verës së bardhë dhe kohëzgjatja e kontaktit me dhëmbët.

Revista “Nutritional Research” njofton se vera e bardhë ka dukshëm efekt më të madh negativ te dhëmbët në krahasim me verën e zezë.

Për këtë arsye, autorët e studimit rekomandojnë që konsumimi i verës së bardhë të kombinohet me djathë, sepse kalciumi (i pranishëm në djathë) mund të pengojë dëmtimin smaltit të dhëmbëve.

ti lashe dhembet tre here ne dit dhe te perdoresh yje per shplarje nuk eshte gje me e mire.Alkoli duhet me e pire me moderacion jo per dhomet por dhe per shendetin.
 
Po une kam provuar vere te kuqe qe mi beri dhembet me te kuq se vera lol aman por vera sa per veren e bardhe spara e perdor ..me shume e kuqja shkon me atmosferat qe i bej gocave ne shtepi :D
