Uruguai pajis çdo nxënës të shkollës fillore me laptop

Uruguai ka qenë mbështetës i fuqishëm i nismës “Një laptop për fëmijë” prej shumë kohësh, dhe edhe pse s’mund të thuhet se ky vend është klienti më i madh i Nicholas Negroponte, me siguri në këtë nismë Uruguai ka ndërmarrë një angazhim serioz duke pajisur çdo nxënës të shkollave fillore të vendit me nga një laptop të lirë.

Projekti ka nisur prej majit 2007 dhe para disa ditësh është përmbyllur me sukses.

Tashmë çdo fëmijë në Uruguai rrit dashurinë për informatikën dhe sistemin operativ Linux, dhe thuhet që gjithë kjo iniciativë i ka kushtuar vendit më pak se 5 % e buxhetit vjetor për arsimin.

Qeveria shqiptare “në moshën e internetit” do e ndërmarrë një nismë të tillë?
