Në qendrat e votimit të njësisë numër 7 të kryeqytetit ka fluks votuesish. Lëvizje ka edhe në minibashkitë e tjera, si në atë numër 10 apo atë 3.
Numri i qytetarëve që duan të votojnë është i madh dhe Tirana nuk mund ta mbyllë procesin në orën 19, pasi nuk është e mundur që qytetarët të votojnë të gjithë.

Deri tani pjesëmarrja në votime ka qenë në kuotën 50 për qind, por pritet që shifra në fjalë të rritet.

Në disa raste ka pasur qytetarë që janë paraqitur dy ose tre herë në qendrën e votimit, pasi nuk kanë dashur të presin radhët e gjata.
