STEP ONE
Once you decide the type of wedding ceremony (civil, religious or symbolic, etc) and select the date (and an alternative one if possible), you can fill in our Request Form*, email us or contact us directly to make a preliminary reservation. Our free of charge telephone consultation will help you make the right decisions about all matters that puzzle you. It is preferable that you set as wedding day, a day in the middle of your stay, because this way your guests will have plenty of time to arrive and you will have time afterwards to enjoy your honeymoon.
*Please note that filling in the request form does NOT mean you have booked your wedding, as there is no payment involved at this stage. There is no obligation or payment, required from you until you are ready to confirm your booking. A wedding is confirmed only once you have authorized a booking fee.
STEP TWO
Right after your initial request you will receive a quotation with all costs of services. If you agree with the proposed costs, you will be sent a booking deposit invoice. Once you submit booking deposit via secure bank transfer, we will start the final booking process. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable.
Upon confirmation from the bank of the deposit being received, we will confirm your wedding date and send you a contract. A receipt will be sent back to you via email acknowledging the deposit, and this will be accompanied by : Confirmation of your wedding booking, a detailed record of the necessary current Greek legal documentation requirements and final payment and legal documents due dates.
STEP THREE
Once we receive the signed contract, your personal wedding manager will contact you. She will help you pick one of our wedding packages or help you design your own unique wedding concept, help you choose the location, the venue, the decoration, the music and finalize all the details of the reception.
After this stage, it’s time for you to sit back and relax!
