Shfletimi si vizitorë është i kufizuar

Shkodër, Luka kryeson pas 9 kutive

Edhe në Shkodër procesi i numërimit ka ecur me ritme të ngadalta. Në KZAZ-në numër 40, ku po numërohen votat për bashkinë e qytetit, janë numëruar 9 kuti nga 95 në total. Deri tani kryeson kandidati i PD Lorenc Luka me 2008 vota ndaj kandidatit të PS, Genc Uruci me 1059 vota.

Procesi rinisi para pak minutash me grupe të ndërruara, pas një pushimi të shkurtër të kërkuar nga numëruesit.

Ndërkohë, në Malësinë e Madhe ka rënë miti i PD në disa komuna. Në Gruemirë ka një avancim të PS me një diferencë prej 300 votash në favor të Lirim Mehanit ndaj Arsim Burgajt të PD.

Bushati është në qendrat e fundit të numërimit, ku kryeson bindshëm kandidati demokrat Zef Hila.
