Në fshatin Kuç në Shkodër është goditur komisioneri i PS-së gjë që ka ndërprerë edhe proçesin e votimit në këtë QV.
Sipas burimeve të TCH, incidenti ka ndodhur mes shtetasit Bahri Meti dhe një komisioneri të djathtë.

Përplasja mes tyre, arsyeja e të cilës ende nuk dihet, ka ndodhur jashtë qendrës së votimi në QV-në me numër 345.

Në këto momente Meti është dërguar në spital ku ka marrë mjekimin e nevojshëm.

Në këtë mënyrë shënohet incidenti i parë i dhunshëm që prej fillimit të votimit, në orët e para të mëngjesit në të gjithë vendin.
