TIRANE—Kryetari i Komisionit Qendror të Zgjedhjeve Arben Ristani deklaroi sot në një komunikim me median se deri më tani kanë votuar afro 30% e popullsisë.
Ristani tha se është prodhuar nga një kompani gjermane e cila është bërë dhe më parë, dhe se është cilësore.
“Unë vetë kam votuar herët në mëngjes, dhe mund të shikoni dhe ju që boja në gisht ende nuk më ka ikur”- tha Ristani duke komentuar debatin mbi bojën matrikuluese dhe pretendimet e opozitës se ajo është lehtësisht e mundshme për tu fshirë.
