Plani i veprimit per anetaresim ne NATO

Procedura fillestare e vendeve qe duan te hyjne ne NATO quhet "Plani i Veprimit per Anetaresim" ose Membership Action Plan (MAP), i cili eshte aprovuar ne mbledhjen e Washington-it ne 1999.
Pjesemarrja ne MAP bazohet mbi raportet vjetore qe tregojne kapacitetin e vendit te kandiduar ne arritjen e rezultateve te paraqitura nga NATO.
Keto kritere jane:

  • Gadishmëri për zgjidhjen në mënyrë të paqshme të mosmarrëveshjeve ndërkombëtare, etnike ose territoriale, vendosmëri në rregullin e ligjit dhe të drejtat e njerit, dhe kontrolli demokratik i forcave të armatosura.
  • Aftësi për të kontribuar në mbrojtjen dhe misionet e organizatës.
  • Përkushtimi i mjaftueshëm i burimeve për forcat e armatosura për të plotësuar angazhimet e antarësimit.
  • Siguri e informacioneve të ndjeshëm dhe ruajtja e tij.
  • Përshtatshmëri e legjislacionit të shtetit me bashkëpunim të NATO-së.
NATO nga ana e saj, jep keshilla teknike dhe vlereson analizat e shteteve te kandiduara ne menyre individuale ne cdo aspekt te zhvillimit.
 
Duhet të kyçeni ose të regjistroheni për t'u përgjigjur.
