Oh oh apo s'kam nje oreks tani...

Une e bej ndryshe,zakonisht mishin e bej ne copa me te vogla me salce domatesh dhe ereza,pilafi ne nje tenxhere vecmas...pastaj secili ne pjate siper pilafit shton e pak salce me mish .... :)
 
Se harrova mish vici me koc e ke llafin me kocka,dhe melmes cfare eshte?!
 
Kur blen mishin tek mishtorja e kerkon qe mishin mos ta ndaj na koci(eshtra) sepse gjat zierjes leshon nje lenge me shije te vecant kurse memesa apo perime te thata 1.jpg

mesa kam ven re ti perdor shume salce domatshen ...
do ta provoj edhe kete receten e pilafit ;) do shohim ...
 
Po zakonisht perdor salce domate jo pelte por ate salcen qe eshte si konserve me domate te fresketa te prera ne copa te vogla...edhe memesa perdor

E pra mire se nje prove kujt i beri dem... mund e te pelqeje e ta gatuash ne kujtimin tim ahaha :P
