Kur u përdor zyrtarisht flamuri kombëtar në Kosovë?

Me 28 nentor, 75 vjet me pare, prefekti i Prishtinës, Hysen Prishtina lëshoi dekret, që institucionet shtetërore dhe dyqanet në Prishtinë, të vendosnin flamurin me shkabën dykrenare, për të shënuar 29 vjetorin e pavarësisë së Shqipërisë.
Prefekti i Prishtinës ishte vetëm 25 vjeç dhe kishte mbaruar studimet për agronomi në Romë.
Një manifestim i madh kulturor më 28 Nëntor të vitit 1941 i udhëhequr nga prefekti Qazim Bllaca(i biri i patriotit Ramë Bllaca), u organizua edhe në kryeqytetin shpirtëror të shqiptarëve në Prizren.
Përvjetori i Pavarësisë së Shqipërisë, u shënua solemnisht edhe në prefekturat tjera të Mbretërisë shqiptare në Gjilan, Pejë, Mitrovicë, Ferizaj e qytete të tjera.
