Komisioni Qendror Zgjedhor miraton në parim pr/aktin për numërimin e fletëve të votimit për kryetar bashkie që janë gjetur në kutitë e këshillit bashkiak. Pr/ akti u miratua me vetëm 4 vota. Kundërshtojnë anëtarët KQZ të cilët janë zgjedhur nga PS. Ata votuan kundër. Gjoncaj i PS-së tha se “S’ka sistem zgjedhor. S’ka zgjedhje të ndershme e të lira në Shqiëpri “. Ndërsa Ristani tha se do numërohet cdo votë e kontestuar dhe se cdo kuti do hapet për ti kqyrur.
