Mos gatishmëria e Listës Serbe për të mbështetur transformimin e FSK-së në Forca të Armatosura, ka bërë që Qeveria e Kosovës të shikojë modalitetet se si do të mundet qe FSK-në të transformohe,j pa pasur nevojë miratimin e ndryshimeve kushtetuese të cilat kërkojnë 2/3 e votave të dyfishta në Kuvendin e Kosovës.

Nuredin Ibishi, deputet i LDK-së dhe anëtar i Komisionit për Siguri dhe Punë të Brendshme, thotë se deri në fund të muajit korrik pret qe Qeveria të procedojë për amendamentim në Kuvend plotësim*-ndryshimin e ligjit aktual për FSK-në me çka, sipas tij, Kosova do të bëhej më Ushtri, por qe do t’i mungonte vetëm riemërimi.
