Sateliti SOHO ka arritur te fotografoje nje moment vertet te rralle pasi nje komete eshte perplasur dhunshem me Diellin.

Pasi ka analizuar te dhenat, astrologu australian Alan Watson arriti te zbuloje se behet fjale per nje perplasje. Ai shprehet se ne morine e pikave qe shfaqen para yllit tone, ka vene re nje komete qe eshte gelltitur nga Dielli.

Ne sistemin tone diellor vertiten shume kometa, nje pjese e madhe e te cilave rreth Diellit, por rralle here ato gelltiten nga ylli. Ne fund te viteve 800, astrologu gjerman Heinrich Kreutz analizoi orbitat e ketyre kometave, duke arritur ne perfundimin se kane karakteristika te njejta. Studimet e mevonshme vertetuan nje teori te tille dhe per kete arsye, keto kometa quhen “grupi i Kreutz”.
