Berat, numërohen kutitë e para

Në një kohë kur KQZ, vazhdon të keq menaxhojë procesin zgjedhor, në rrugë të tjera të pakonfirmuara vijnë raportime për përfundimin e numërimit të votave të para.
Në qarkun e Beratit (Ura Vajgurore) janë numëruar dy kutitë e para, të cilat japin një rezultat 128 vota për Partinë Socialiste dhe 96 për Lëvizjen Socialiste për Integrim ndërsa Partia Demokratike rezulton me 99 vota.
Ndonëse, bëhet fjalë vetëm për dy kutitë e para, qarku i Beratit i cili ka tetë mandate duket se do të t’i japë mbështetje të fuqishme koalicionit opozitar.
