Giulia Arena nga Messina është zgjedhur Miss Italia 2013.
19-vjeçarja fitoi garën me 62 finaliste të tjera. Ajo është e gjatë 1.70 cm, ka flokë ngjyrë kafe dhe sy jeshil.

Ky ishte edicioni i parë i Miss Italia që nuk transmetohet në televizionin publik “Rai”. Konkursi i bukurisë u transmetua nga televizioni “La 7”.
