Vogelushet nuk munden me te martohen ne Yemen

Ceshtja e vogelushes Nojoud Ali , e martuar me force ne moshen 8-vjeçe dhe qe kishte fituar divorcin 9-vjeçe para nje gjykate , arrin te marri rikthim (pasoje) pozitive ne Yemen. Parlamenti yemenite ka pranuar nje ligj qe i jep limit moshes per tu martuar e cila u vendos 17-vjeç , e njejta moshe si per vajzat dhe per djemte .
Ky ligj i pershtatet gjithashtu faktit tjeter se pa miratimin e e vajzes apo djalit cfaredo moshe te jete martesa do refuzohet .
" Vendimi i parlamentit yemenit eshte nje hap perpara per te drejtat e femrave dhe te femijeve ne yemen , por gjithashtu nje rruge qe duhet ndjekur nga vendet e tjera qe akoma lejojne martesen e femijeve " - ka shprehur me gezim Rama Yade , Sekretari i Shtetit te te Drejtave te Njeriut .
Rasti i Nojoud Ali , qe eshte bere dhe objekt i nje libri , kishte provokuar
ne pranveren e 2008 nje debat nacional ne Yemen , ku traditat e tilla akoma te vazhduara nga tribalizmi , me shume sesa vendet islame .
