Shopingu ndoshta nuk është i mirë për kuletën tuaj, mirëpo është i mirë për shëndetin- sugjeron një studim i ri.Sipas rezultateve të studimit, shkuarja nëpër dyqane dhe bartja e qeseve të rënda, është aktivitet fizik gjatë të cilit shpenzohen 385 kalori në javë.
Mesatarisht, një femër duke bërë shoping, brenda vitit ec afër 240 kilometra, që paraqet një formë të mirë të ushtrimit trupor.
Rezultatet e studimit janë të bazuara nga të dhënat e grumbulluar nga 2.000 femra pjesëmarrëse në studim.

ahahahhaa jo un fiksohem keq mbas dickaje deri sa mbledh leket dhe e blej..
zakonisht..... hy te dera e dyqanit.....shof majtas djathtas pa leviz nga vendi ... ( dhe ne ato momente shof dicka qe E DUUU )..... i hedh 1 sy te shpejt gjerave te tjera...dhe ne fund fare iki te ajo gjeja qe me kapi syri ne fillim.....zakonisht e blej ... nuk eshte se humb shum koh

ahahhahaa mkap fiksimi keq mu... jo un i them te ma lej nga 1 an .. i jap 1 pjes te lekve..
