Qendërmbrojtësi 20 vjeçar po përgatitej të luante ndeshjen e tij të katërt me Italinë në Islandë këtë javë, por Milani konfirmoi se ai ka dalë pozitiv, përcjell lajmi.net.

“AC Milan është informuar se Matteo Gabbia, aktualisht i angazhuar me Kombëtaren U21 të Italisë në Islandë, ka dalë pozitiv në COVID-19”, thuhet në deklaratën e klubit.

Si te Milan, ashtu edhe tek Inter, janë lajmëruar disa raste me COVID-19, që rreziojnë shtyrjen e derbit ‘Madonnina’, i parashikuar të luhet pas përfundimit të ndeshjeve të kombëtareve.
