Kater qarqe bllokojne procesin e numerimit, duke tejkaluar afatet. Tensione ne Berat, Shkoder, Fier dhe Lezhe

Teksa Komisioni Qendror i Zgjedhjeve deklaroi dje, afrimin drejt fundit te procesit te

numerimit te votave ne shkalle vendi, "lufta" per mandate eshte zhvendosur ne kater qarqet e mbetura qe do te vendosin edhe fatin e qeverise se ardhshme. Situata te pa precedenta ne Bushat te Shkodres, ku komisioneret e majte zvarrisin procesin, ashtu sikurse ne Lac u kerkua qe 6 kutite e fundit te mos numeroheshin, pasi u moren ne konsiderate ne fillim. Ne Fier, numerimi eshte nderprere disa here dhe kane mbetur 7 kutite e "sherrit" politik, ne Patos dhe qytetin e Fierit. E njejta situate edhe ne Berat, ku rezultati perfundimtar ka ndare mandatet, por Partia Socialiste pretendon se jane shpallur padrejtesisht 3.200 vota te pavlefshme dhe nje kuti e Sinjes e pa numeruar. Per te gjitha keto raste, fati i mandateve mbetet ne doren e KQZ-se dhe me tej nese nuk bihet ne konsensus drejt Kolegjit Zgjedhor. Per fat te mire situata eshte mjaftuar me vonesa, debate dhe ndonje akuze politike dhe nuk ka pasur incidente te renda apo perplasje fizike.
