Një gol i vonshëm i Winston Reid i ka dhënë një pikë kombëtares së Zelandës së Re në ndeshjen e grupit F të Kupës Botërore përballë Sllovakisë.

Pas një pjese të parë pa gola, ishin sllovakët ata që kaluan në avantazh. Një harkim nga e djathta e Stanislav Sestak arriti te Robert Vittek që shënoi me kokë në portën e Mark Paston.

Kur u mendua se evropianët do të nxjerrin tre pikë në këtë ndeshje për të marrë kreun e grupit para Italisë dhe Paraguait, Zelanda e Re bëri befasinë duke shënuar në minutën e tretë të kohës shtesë.

Pas një harkimi të topit nga Shane Smeltz, Reid u gjend mirë me kokë para portës së Jan Mucha për të barazuar gjithçka. Me këtë rezultat të gjitha ekipet në grupin F mbledhin nga një pikë.
