Zbulohet ne arkivat britanike nje dokument i rendesishem per historine e Shqiperise, i cili tregon vulen e pare te perdorur nga Lidhja e Prizrenit.

Dokumenti me reference FO-195/1382 qe mban daten 2 Maj 1881, eshte gjetur disa dite me pare nga studjuesi Bejtullah Destani ne arkiven qendrore te Londres.

I shkruajtur ne osmanisht nga Lidhja e Prizrenit dokumenti i adresohet, ambasadorit britanik ne Stamboll i cili me pas ja ka kaluar kete leter ministrit te Jashtem.

Nepermjet kesaj letre Lidhja e Prizrenit i kerkon ambasadorit britanik ne Stamboll te mbeshteshe duke nderhyre, ne qeverine Otomane per njohjen e kater vilajeteve me emrin Arnautlik.

“I nderuar zoti minister. E dergoj kete leter ne vemendjen tuaj pasi me duket shume interesante” thote ambasadori George Goschen ne letren e tij shoqeruese derguar ministrit te Jashtem Earl Granville.

Studjuesi Bejtullah Destani e ka komentuar gjetjen e ketij dokumenti si me nje rendesi te madhe historike pasi per here te pare nepermjet tij, shihet vula e pare e perdorur nga Lidhja e Prizrenit.

Sipas tij kjo vule nuk eshte permendur apo botuar me pare.

I pyetur si mundi ta zbuloje kete dokumente Destani tha:“Gjetja ndodhi tejet rastesisht ne momentin kur po shikoja nje dosje qe kishte te bente me Vaso Pashen” .
