.300 gr spageti
.1 kg astice
300 gr pomodorini (domate te vogla)
1 thelp hudher
vaj ulliri,borzilok,piper djegs (sipas deshires)

Ndajme Asticen kshu si ne foto foto,dhe lajme me uje te rrjedhshem, pjesen e kokes e lajme me kujdes,dhe fillojme ti thyejm pak guacken

.1-Ne nje tigan hedhim vaj ulliri,piper (djegs) dhe hudhren,i skuqim leht dhe shtojme asticen,e skuqim leht me zjarr te ulet per 5 min..pastaj
shtojme domatet e ndara ne copa te vogla

.2-Fillojme ti trazojme pak leht me zjarr normal,jo shum te lart dhe i lem afersisht 10/12 min te mbyllur me kapak
gjithmon duke e kontrollar,2 min e fundit shtojme disa gjethe borziloku edhe pak uje po ishte e nevojshme

.3-Hiqni nga tigani asticen,dhe hidhni spagetit aldente..duke i hedhur pak vaj ulliri
dhe duke i shijuar :)


ps:Keshilla ime eshte kjo: qe te dali e shishme kjo pjate,preferohet te behet ne 2 tigan.
gjithmon gatimi,pa vere,dhe pa konjak ne frutat e detit del me i shijshem...Natyral ka me shum shije :)

mmmmmmmmmmm sa e shijshme duket o zot...por nuk e di a do e bej dot vet ndonjehere sinqerisht me then :D

me fruta deti arrij te gatuaj, spagheti ose rizoto me midhje, karkaleca e sepie te ndryshme. kaq mundem.
po kurre mos thuaj kurre i thon nje fjale :D
