Edhe pse vetë nuk donte të identifikohej si gruaja më e bukur në botë, Hollivudi ia ka dhënë këtë nder. Mësohet se është një shqiptare gruaja më e bukur e të gjitha kohërave, duke lënë pas Marilyn Monroe apo Elizabeth Taylor. Ajo është Fevzia Fuat Ali, bija e mbretit Fuad të Egjiptit, grua e shahut të Iranit, Muhamed Reza Pahlavi.


Ajo konsiderohej si një figurë hyjnore në mesin e shekullit të shkuar. Gazetat më të mëdha e kanë shpallur atë si Miss Bota e pashpallur.

Ajo u divorcua nga i shoqi në vitin 1948 dhe u martua me një kolonel me gjak shqiptar, Ismail Husein Shirin Bej. Vdiq në vitin 2013 në moshën 92-vjeçare në Aleksandri.

Ka gjak shqiptari.
Ishte e bija e Fuad 1. i Egjyptit.
Pasardhës të Muhammad Ali që është edhe themeluesi i Egjyptit të sotshëm modern.
 
Egjipti u krijua nga shqiptaret te cilet e mbajten deri te mbreti Faruk,. . Madje familjet shqiptare zoteronin ne mos gaboj, diku rreth 70-80% te tokave te Egjiptit ne ato kohe.
 
Bredhim neper bote posi.. sundojme ama shqiptaret tone jo ?
