1 kg mishe te bardhe (fileto pule) e prer ne copa te vogla ngadal e shton tek qepa.
1 kg kerpudhe.
1 lug e vogel kryp.
Biber te zi.
Pasi te skuqen mire gjithe bashke shtojme 1 kg uje.
Zihen 30 minute.
Ne fund shtojme 2 fante me shije kerpudhe, 2 luge pavllak, 1 luge majonez. E lejm dhe 10 min te zihet.

Kete lloj salce me fileto pule mund ta perdoresh edhe per spaghetti ,petka ose qilopites nuk e di si e quajne zona te ndryshme ne shqiperi ?
