Rifillon procesi gjyqësor ndaj Karaxhiqit

Në Tribunalin e Hagës sot pritet të rifillojë procesi gjyqësor kundër të dyshuarit për krime lufte Radovan Karaxhiq.

Ai pritet të paraqitet në Gjykatë për t'u deklaruar fajtor ose i pafajshëm për 11 akuzat ndaj tij, përfshirë edhe ato për gjenocid dhe krime kundër njerëzimit.

Mbi të rëndojnë dy akuza për gjenocid: gjatë rrethimit 43 mujor të Sarajevës dhe për masakrën e Srebrenicës ku u vranë 8 mijë myslimanë.

Karaxhiq është ekstraduar në Hagë, pas 13 viteve në arrati.

Ai ka thënë se "demonizimi" i tij në media, përjashton mundësinë e një gjykimi korrekt. /rel/
