Mora nje liber qe ka disa receta per kete grupmoshe, dhe thash t'i ndaj edhe me ju. Keto jane disa receta per femijet 0 - 1 vjec. Megjithese thote 0 - 1 mos te harrojme qe qumeshti i gjirit edhe kryesori, e me pas formula. Varet nga femija se kur ai/ajo eshte gati per keto ushqime. Zakonisht ai/ajo duhet te jete 5-6 muajsh.

Lëng Mishi

- mish 1 thelë 80-100 g
- qepë 1 kokërr të vogël
- karota 1 copë
- majdanoz 2 fije
- ujë 2 gota
- lëng kripe

Mishi i vicit pastrohet nga dhjami, lahet me ujë të ftotë, pritet kundër fijeve, po kështu copëtohen edhe kockat, vendosen në tenxhere, mbulohen me ujë të ftohtë dhe ziejnë në zjarr të ngadaltë rreth 2 orë. Hiqet shkuma dhe shtohet qepa, karota, majdanozi dhe lëngu i kripës. Vazhdohet zjerja, pastaj kullohet në napë të pastër, hiqet yndyra dhe i jepet një valë.
Lëngu i përgatitur përdoret për suprat me perime, mund të përdoret edhe për muhalebi me qumësht. Në fund i hidhet pak gjalpë i freskët.
 
Duhet të kyçeni ose të regjistroheni për t'u përgjigjur.
