A mund te me sqaroni se si procedohet ne rastet e nje prokure kur:

-Ne nje pasuri te pa hipotekuar trashegimtare jane 3 persona.
-A mundet qe njeri nga keto 3 te beje nje shitje, apo prokure ndaj nje personi te 4 jashte familjes se tyre.
-Mos ndoshta njeri nga keto 3 persona duhet te kete prokure nga 2 trashegimtaret e tjere per shitje apo dhenie prokure personit te 4?

Theksoj se procesi i trashegimise ne gjykate nuk eshte celur.
