Ne nje klase ndodhen 150 nxenes. 15 prej tyre nuk flasin asnje gjuhe te huaj. 85 prej tyre flasin gjuhen angleze. 96 prej tyre flasin gjuhen gjermane. Duke perdorur diagramin e Venit te gjendet numri i nxenesve qe flasin te dy gjuhet e sipershenuara.

Atehere, 15 prej tyre nuk flasin asnje gjuhe te huaj, dmth se 135 (150-15) prej tyre flasin te pakten nje gjuhe te huaj.
Nese 85 flasin gjuhen angleze dhe 96 gjuhen gjermane (gjithsej 181) ateher do te thote se 46 prej tyre i flasin te dy gjuhet. (181-135)

Gjete kohes se studimeve, kisha nje mesimdhenes matematike qe kishte doktoruar ne lemin e bashkesise se numrave dhe ne provim cdo here kishte nje pyetje nga kjo lemi...prandaj them se inlustrim me te mire per kete problem nuk mund te kete...
