Si te gjithe gjerat e bukura
e shkurter eshte edhe dashuria
mjafton vec pak ta prekesh
dhe iken gjithe magjia

Ndaj o lexuesi im
ti fort mos dashuro,
se jeta te fal trishtim
se veten kot lendo.

Mos duaj me shume se veten
se jeten, ti mos duaj
shteg mos i ler hapur
se per te do jesh i huaj.

Me te vertet ta duash
po jo deri ne dhimbje, lendim
se cdo cast po te vuash
sdo quhesh njeri, por trishtim

Koto qe ju thash ti zbatoni
per ju i shkrova miqt e mi
qe si un mos ta pesoni
por te keni lumturi.

E dini ku gabova ?
gjithnje fala e dhash shume,
gjithcka per te lejova
syte mbylla e fjeta gjume.

E dini pastaj se c'mora ?
lot, dhimbje e ftohtesi.
degjova te me thonin "e gjora"
me meshir me shikonin o njeri.

Ndaj o lexuesi im
kur dikush te rrefen se te do
kerko fakte, veprim
