Deri ne oret e mesdites ne Kucove eshte regjistruar nje perqindje e larte e pjesemarresve ne votime, rreth 55 %. Nga ana tjeter, shifra per Beratin, Skraparin dhe Uren Vajgurore deri rreth ores 11:00 eshte 25 %. Pjesemarrja e vogel ne votime mund t’i atribuohet dhe faktit se Qarku i Beratit eshte perfshire nga nje shi i dendur. Persa i perket problemeve me bojen e sigurise, bllokim te perkohshem ka pasur vetem ne nje qender votimi ne Berat, ndersa ne 6 qendra votimi ne fshatrat e Skraparit, procesi i votimit ka filluar me 2 ore e gjysme vonese per mungese te bojes.

Sipas korespodentes, komisioneret kane mbledhur nje lloj bime te quajtur shpender, e kane shtypur dhe e kane perdorur per te vulosur fletet e votimit. Ne Veterik te komunes Veladishte eshte nderprere procesi i votimit per 30 minuta, sepse u terhoq komisioneri i PD-se, ndersa ne Uznove jane kapur disa votues qe kerkonin te orientonin banoret te votonin per PS-ne.
