Duke pare rendesine e madhe te pastrimit te kolonit nga papastertite dhe mbetjet po tregojne disa menyra te pastrimit te zorres se trashe.
Pastrimi i kolonit me faren e mbreterve (euphorbia lathyrus).Kjo fare shkakton diare te forta ndoshta dhe vjellje. Eshte pastrues mjaft i mire i zorres. Perdoren 7 kokrra per 21 dite.
Pastrimi i kolonit me nje perzierje 1 liter uje 1 luge mjalte 1 luge caji kripe te zeze deti dhe 1 limon i shtrydhur perzihen te gjitha dhe pihetn per 1 ore ne mengjes esell.
Pastrimi i kolonit me vaj kastori pihet esell ne mengjes 1 luge gjelle per 14 dite.
Pastrimi i kolonit me ane te sulfatit te magnezit 1 luge gjelle esell ne mengjes te shkrire ne nje gote uje te ngrohte per 14 dite.
Pastrimi i kolonit me ane te klizmes. Merret nje qese plastike e trashe e forte 2 litroshe ne nje perfundim ku mund te vendoset nje zorre pastaj vendoset uji cezem e vogel per komandimin e ujit dhe ne fund vendoset nje tub rreth 15 cm i cili futet ne anus. Qesja mbushet me uje te ngrohte dhe ne te shkrihet 2 luge gjelle kripe te zeze uji futet ne anus dhe keshtu behet klizma.
Pastrimi me hidrokolon terapi. Ky pastrim nuk behet ne Shqiperi por ne Itali p.sh behet ne spital. Ka dhe menyra te tjera per pastrim me bime te ndryshme qe nese dini dicka mund te kontriboni per paraqitjene e tyre sepse pastrimi i kolonit eshte nje ceshtje shume e rendesishme ne mbarevajtjen dhe shendetin tone. //mjeksiaislame
