Noka rrezikon burgun, fotografon votën

Flamur Noka, ministër i Brendshëm që është një prej zyrtarëve që mban më tepër përgjegjësi për mbarëvajtjen e procesit zgjedhor, është vetë ai që thyen dhe shkel rregullat e përcaktuara në Kodin Zgjedhor.
Ministri ka publikuar një foto në profilin e tij në rrjetin social “Facebook”, ku tregohet fleta e votimit me shenjën e vendosur tek Partia Demokratike.
Fotografimi i votës në dhomën e fshehtë ndalohet nga Kodi Zgjedhor dhe në rast se konstatohet nga komisionerët që votuesi kryen një gjë të tillë i merret fleta e votimit dhe ajo quhet e pavlefshme. Ky akt është i dënueshëm deri në 8 vite burg.

Ministri ka shkelur ligjin.. atëherë që është ministër i rendit dhe duhet të japi shembullin për qytetarët ai është i pari për shkelje ligji, është shkejla e ligjit të Kodit Zgjedhor dhe që mund të dënohet dhe me burg dhe fleta e votimit të tij duhet të bëhet e pavlefshmë ;) .. ehh medet thuaj për këtë qeveri që kemi..
