Neurologjia e N.Ischiadik

Shkaktaret dhe simptomatologjia: Neuralgjia ischiadike paraqitet per shkak te shtypjes se rrenjeve te nervit ischiadik. Kjo patologji manifestohet me pengesa te sensibilitetit dhe motorikes. N.ischiadicus e perbejnë rrënjet L4,L5,S1,S2,S3;Kompresionin e rrënjeve të n.ischiadicus mund t’a shkaktojne faktore te ndryshem:
  • Prolapset e diskut intervertebral- shkatari me i shpeshtë.
  • Tumoret ne unaza te boshtit kurrizor.
  • Tumoret e komblikut.
  • Kompresioni nga muskujt.
  • Osteofitet te spondiloza.
  • Proceset inlamatore ne afersi si: apendicitet, adneksite.
Shkatari me i shpeshtë i neuralgjise ischiadike ështe prolapsi apo hernia e diskut intervertebral
lumbal. Deri te prolapsi vie per shkak te : bartjes se peshave te renda, qendrimi jo i drejte i boshtit kurrizor. Kesaj patologjie i paraprinë dhimbja ne regjionin lumbal te shpinës, e cila fillon te zbrese pergjatë pjeses se pasme te kembes deri ne shputa apo gishta. Dhimbja keqesohet gjate kollitjes apo teshtimes. Kujdes! Ne raste te avansuara mund te te vie deri dobesimi motorik i shputes, shuarja e refleksit fiziologjik, si dhe çrregullimi i funksionit te sfinkterit.
Diagnostifikimi:
  • Anamneza- biseda me pacientin.
  • Ekzaminimi klinik.
  • RTG i vertebrave lumbosakrale.
  • Mielografia lumbale.
  • CT dhe NMR.
Mjekimi:
  • Rekomandohet pushimi.
  • Per qetesimin e dhimbjes- analgjetikë, spazmolitikë,kortikosteroidë.
  • Terapia fizikale.
  • Intervenimi operativ – në varësi të shkaktarit dhe te keqësimi neurologjik progresiv .
