Kuptohet me lehtësi se me materialin më të lehtë në botë ju sdo mundeshit kurrsesi të ndërtonit mobilie apo objekte të tjera që kërkojnë peshë. Përcaktimi është kompleks dhe vetë termi “më i lehtë” teknikisht do të thotë “më pak i dendur”.

Pas vitesh kërkimi e studimi u zbulua se materiali më i lehtë në botë është “aerographite”, “Arografite” dhe peshon 0.2. miligramë për centimetër kub.
