KVV numëron problemet gjatë votimit: KQZ, punë të mirë edhe pse me 4 anëtarë

TIRANE- Vonesa në hapjen e qendrave, votime familjare, probleme me kartat e identitetit, intimidim të zgjedhësve, jane vetem disa nga problemet e konstatuara nga Koalicioni i Vëzhguesve Vendorë gjate procesit te votimit.
Ne raportin e fundit te KVV, bere publik ne nje deklarate per mediat sot ne oren 11.40, theksohet se procesi pergjithesisht është zhvilluar në mënyrë të qetë. “Përveç incidentit të Laçit ku mbeti i vrarë një person dhe u plagosën dy të tjerë, incidentet e tjera kanë qenë të izoluara”- u theksua ne raport.
Duke u ndalur ne punen e Komisionit Qendror te Zgjedhjeve, raporti ka vleresuar pozitivisht punen e bere. “KQZ ka menaxhuar mire diten e votimit, edhe pse me 4 anetare”- thuhet ne te.
Sipas KVV subjektet partiake kanë shkelur kodin zgjedhor duke filluar fushatën elektorale përpara afatit të përcaktuar në kod.
Janë vënë re tone të ashpra dhe sulme të ulëta personale mes liderëve të partive, komunikim i acaruar deri në përplasje fizike mes kandidatëve.
