Lipjan Eshte nje Qytete i vogle qe ka gjithsje 80 Fshtatare ketu ne kete komune jetoje disa pakica Hashkali,Rome , dhe Magjup,Serb e tjera.
ketu ne kete komune 3 fshtare jetoje serba ne Komune ton.
tung nga Qendrimi asgje tjer skome shtuare.
