Ndryshimi i ligjit mbi të drejtat dhe liritë e pakicave në Mal të Zi, parashikon zyrtarizimin e gjuhës së pakicave në të gjitha komunat ku ato përbëjnë 5% të popullsisë, raporton Fakte.

Sipas autoriteteve malazeze gjuha shqipe përveç në Ulqin, Tuz dhe Plavë me ligjin e ri zyrtarizohet tani edhe në Rozhajë, Podgoricë dhe Tivar. Kjo përbën një hap të madh në drejtim të avansimit të drejtave të shqiptarëve në Mal të Zi.

Në Maqedoni, edhe pas një lufte çlirimtare, Marrëveshjes së Ohrit dhe ndryshimet kushtetuese, 15 vite më pas gjuha shqipe nuk po implementohet pothuajse askund, kjo për shkak të paaftësisë dhe korrupcionit në radhët e funksionarëve shqiptarë të BDI-së./FAKTE.Net
