Geshtenja e Rrapes (Monument natyre)

Rrapja si rrugekalim shumeshekullor qe lidh bregditin e Shqiperise me trevat e tjera te veriut, deri ne Kosove e ne vise te tjera te Ballkanit ruan ne mjedisin e saj edhe simbole, qe nder mote e mote (vite) kane gjallur me gjethet e tyre pranverore e me degezat e njoma ne dimer. Nje nder keto gjallesa eshte "Geshtenja e Rrapes". Ka nje histori kjo geshtenje. Ajo eshte shume shekullore. Kjo peme rron, kapercen vite e vite e nuk din te plaket kurre, por vec kesaj dore e njeriut e mbolli qe te mbetet edhe monument natyre. Ja perser; Aty nen hijen e kesaj geshtenje pushuan sa e sa kalimtare, qe vinin e shkonin nder vilajete te ndryshme nga jugu ne veri, aty pushuan luftetare te lirise, aty u zbarzen edhe krisma pushkesh, por nje gjethe e saj e rene per toke hasmit i kushoi shume. Nen hijen e sja pushtuesit hengren edhe nje cope buke, ashtu sic e kishin, te ngjyer me uje deti te kripur apo me pak shellire e nje cope djath qe e kishin marre udhetaret e larget per te mbajtur shpirtin.
Kjo geshtenje nuk harrohet kurre. Ajo qendron edhe sot me ato pak dege te njoma e nuk perkulet. E themi, nuk perkulet se shtate here e gjuajti rrufeja nder mote e ate se dobesoi. Kjo geshtenje, nje peme e zakonshme eshte, por prej dhjetra vitesh eshte shpallur "Monument Natyre" dhe mbrohet nga shteti. Nje dete e saj kushton shume. Ruajeni geshtenjen e Rrapes, ka nje histori.
