Franko Fratini: Zgjedhjet, korrektese e admirueshme

Procesi zgjedhor ne Shqiperi u dominua nga nje korrektese e admirueshme, e ndjekur nga nje menyre paqesore e gjate gjitha hapave te tij. Pohimin e ka bere dje, Ministri i Puneve te Jashtme, Franco Frattini, duke iu referuar zgjedhjeve politike te zhvilluara me 28 qershor. Ministria e Jashtme italiane duke cituar Fratinin, tha se "ai shpreh kenaqesine e tij per korrektesine me te cilen u realizua procesi elektoral dhe, ne menyre te vecante, per menyren paqesore te verifikuar gjate pjesemarrjes ne procesin zgjedhor, si edhe ne vijim gjate numerimit te fleteve te votimit".

"Sic eshte evidentuar edhe ne vleresimet paraprake te vezhguesve nderkombetare te pranishem ne vend, - vijon deklarata e Fratinit, - pervec disa episodeve te parregullsise, ne kete raund zgjedhjesh u shenua nje progres i prekshem ne krahasim me te kaluaren".

Nderkohe, ministri shton edhe se "pritet, gjithashtu, qe edhe faza e fundit e procesit elektoral te zhvillohet ne te njejten menyre paqesore dhe korrekte".

Ne fund te deklarates se tij te posacme per zgjedhjet ne Shqiperi, Ministri Frattini uron qe "forcat politike shqiptare, me fryme konstruktive, te arrijne te formojne sa me pare nje qeveri per te vazhduar ne rrugen e reformave dhe ne ate te perafrimit te Shqiperise me BE, faktor ky i nje rendesie paresore per stabilitetin dhe progresin e vendit dhe te rajonit".
