Në një vend të largët e të fshehtë diku rreth 20 kilometër në veri të qytetit të اorovodës, në jug të malit të Tomorrit, në një lartësi rreth 2000 metër mbi nivelin e detit, gjendet një objekt ushtarak që i ka kushtuar Shqipërisë së kohës së komunizmit miliona dollarë.

Ishte një vendstrehim nëntokësor i destinuar për Enver Hoxhën, kreun më të lartë të udhëheqjes komuniste të kohës, që do të shfrytëzohej në rast lufte.
