pergjigjja eshte 40% duhet te nisesh nga formula kur l < l0 nuk jane te barabarta dhe tani duke e shtuar te dy anet e barazimit vleren 1-l/l0=1-rrenja katrore e 1-vkatror/ckatror fitohet vlera 40%
