Adelina Farrici kandidate e PS-së për bashkinë e Burrelit është shpalur fituese kundrejt kandidatit rival te PD-së Skënder Lleshi i cili kandidoi për të tretin mandat.


Mësuesja 43 vjeçare e fizikës, eksponente e njohur e PS-se në një zonë të vështirë dhe bastion i PD prej vitesh, ka mundur të depërtojë në mendjet dhe zemrat e matjanëve duke bërë një sfidë të llojit të veçantë në Veri ku nocioni "kryetare femër" është pak i vështirë për tu kapërdirë nga mentaliteti i dyanshëm politik frenues për femrën në drejtim.
