Apple inc. në Kore ka pagur në gjobë ndaj një përdoruesi të iPhone, për grumbullim informacioni pa leje. Kjo është pagesa e parë e këtij lloji mbi ankesat e marra nga përdoruesit e iPhone.

Apple ka paguar 1 milion jen ose 946 dollar, me kërkesë të gjykatës, si gjobë ndaj Kim Hyung-suk, i cili rastësisht bënë avokatin si profesion.

Firma e avokatisë e Kim Hyung-suk, Mirae Laë, ka deklaruar se po përgatit një ankesë ligjore kundra Apple, në mbrojtje të së drejtave të konsumatorit, me akuzën e grumbullimit të informacioneve pa lejen e klientit.
